    Am avut plăcerea de a ne caza la Phoenicia Royal și am fost pur și simplu încântați de experiența noastră. Ospitalitatea personalului este deosebită, iar atenția la detalii este remarcabilă - de la amabilitatea recepției, disponibilă 24 de ore pe zi, până la curățenia impecabilă a camerelor. Apartamentul Sunrise ne-a impresionat cu designul său open space și cu priveliștea spectaculară spre mare, care ne-a oferit clipe de relaxare absolută. Restaurantul a depășit așteptările noastre, având un meniu diversificat care satisface orice gust, iar micile activități pentru copii transformă această locație într-un adevărat paradis pentru familii. Cu wi-fi rapid și funcții moderne în cameră, precum televizor cu ecran plat și apă fierbinte la electric kettle, ne-am simțit cu adevărat ca acasă. Recomandăm cu căldură această destinație, iar noi ne vom întoarce cu siguranță!

    La Phoenicia Royal, personalul a fost extrem de amabil, iar micul dejun și prânzul au depășit așteptările. Piscinele sunt superbe și neaglomerate, oferind un plus de relaxare. Apartamentul Sunrise, cu vedere la mare, a fost chiar un loc de vis.

    Organizarea locurilor la piscină ar putea fi mai bună.

    Apartamentul nostru a fost extrem de spațios și curat, oferind un confort deosebit. Meniul variat de la restaurant a fost un alt punct forte, cu preparate gustoase. De asemenea, plaja se află la o distanță mică, ceea ce a făcut excursiile noastre zilnice foarte plăcute.

    Am avut parte de o vacanță plăcută, cu camere frumoase și mâncare gustoasă, deși nu foarte variată. Personalul a fost amabil, însă am observat câteva neglijențe în curățenie la plajă. Piscina e curată și activitățile pentru copii sunt excelente. În general, o experiență reușită!

    Am fost plăcut surprins de spațiul mare al camerei, perfect pentru familia mea, dar micul dejun a fost destul de sărăcăcios. Camerele păreau mai mici decât în poze. Chiar și așa, aș mai alege hotelul pentru confort.
